Ordering and Shipping Info

ORDERING

Ordering with me can be made over the phone by calling between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.

Or simply just click on the item your interested in, click on the order button, this will add the item to your cart and just follow the instructions.

The cart provided is a SSL SECURE SHOPPING CART. All credit card details are not dept in a file or printed for that matter for your security.

Make sure that the Billing address is exactly the same as what is on your credit card or your order will be detained. I really like to ship your orders promptly.

MATERIALS

· The materials used in my creations and designs or of the highest quality available. I personally make sure that each piece is up to the stress and challenge of everyday wear. All of my designs are handmade by me ONLY. You won’t get these baby’s from the assembly line!

SHIPPING

· Orders are handmade by “The Diva” then shipping via First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS from New Orleans, Louisiana within 5-7 business days of your order after clearance of payment, be it Paypal, Personal Check, U.S. Money Orders, or Cashiers Check. Credit card payments or usually faster.

· If you are a resident of the New Orleans Metro area and would like to save on the shipping cost, just contact me and I will be glad to try to get you your order another way.

· International shipping is available via Best Way possible. Email me for a quote please.

· Once your package arrives to the destination Post office and is confirmed, RED DIVA DESIGNS accepts no responsibility or reimbursement to any lost parcels.

· I cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

CUSTOM ORDERS

· Please e-mail or call me with your order and we will go from there. A picture is worth a thousand words also. The best description closest to the piece is a good thing too also what you’d like to wear your design with.

· Custom orders require 50% deposit to begin work then full payment before shipping after you’ve viewed and approved your piece. Deposits are non-refundable. This is normal to custom work.

· No returns are accepted on custom orders.

PAYMENT

· I accept Paypal, Money Orders, Personal Check, Cashiers Check, and most Credit Cards.

· Shipping of your item when purchased with a Check will be mailed when your check is cleared usually taking up to 5 days. I will then mail the item to you or begin construction on your custom piece. Please make sure that all your information, name, address, phone number, is located clearly on your check.

· Once payment is cleared/received, I will be in contact with you upon receiving such payment and will notify you upon shipping of your item with all your information included.
